PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This program offers eligible consumers a bonus cash coupon to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1 or B) or lease (Type Sale L or E) of an eligible vehicle. Fleet Commercial Non-VIP and VIP customers are eligible to receive the retail consumer incentives if the purchased or leased vehicle is from a dealers retail ordered stock. These must be reported as Type of Sale B or E and Fleet incentives cannot be claimed. Eligible customers will be contacted electronically. The customer may redeem this offer at any authorized Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, FIAT or Alfa Dealership. Eligible vehicles must be delivered or ordered during the program period. Sold orders must follow the guidelines outlined in the Incentive Rules Manual (Gold Book) to be eligible for Sold Order Consumer Incentive Protection. PARTICIPATING DEALERS: All franchised FCA US LLC dealers who agree to abide by these Official Program Rules are eligible to participate. CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY: Customers who qualify for the Returning Lessee Private Offer are automatically qualified to receive benefit under this program. The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant / business or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household. The offer is not transferable to anyone outside the original customers household/address. Proof of address and/or immediate family relationships required. The total consumer incentive payment must be clearly shown as a separate line-item reduction in the calculation of the purchase price on the signed FINAL buyers order / purchase contract or if a lease, on the FINAL lease contract on the Rebates and Non-Cash Credits line. This computation must be done at the time of sale or lease and must be identified on the buyers order or purchase contract as a sales incentive/rebate. In the case of a lease, the minimum term must be no less than 12 months. The cash allowance must not be combined with customer down payment or other dealer provided discounts. DEALER RESPONSIBILITY: The Returning Lessee Private Offer coupon must be retained by the selling dealer in the deal jacket for verification of this program. In the event of a missing certificate, a copy of the TDM inquiry must be retained in the deal jacket. Dealers should verify a customers TDM eligibility and certificate number by using the Target Direct Mail (TDM) Inquiry Application on Dealer CONNECT under the sales tab. Proof of validation must be retained in the deal jacket. The FCA Incentives Assistance Center (1-800-227-0757) is also available to confirm the customer name appears on the galley list and is eligible. Only a customer whose name appears on the list is eligible to participate. Any claim reported through Dealer CONNECT without required proof of eligibility could result in a dealer chargeback, or non-payment of a dealer claim.
